Returns/ Exchanges

Maliblue knows how tricky it can be to find the perfect suit online, so please do not hesitate to contact us for sizing inquiries at hello@maliblueswim.com (or DM us on instagram @maliblueswim) prior to making your purchase. 

 

All of our bikinis are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact hello@maliblueswim.com for a return authorization.
Returns
We offer returns and store credit on full price bikinis and bikinis with a promotional discount less than 20%. To be eligible for a return, items must be clean, unused, unwashed, tags/ hygiene liners attached and in it's original packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. We offer free shipping labels for exchanges only. Please fill out a return form located at the bottom of this page and include it with your items. And feel free to contact us whenever if you need help or have any questions.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. (exchanges excluded)
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
  • Tags must be attached and untampered with.
  • Absolutely no deodorant marks accepted.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (Maliblue bag)
  • We do not offer price adjustments to any items that are now on sale.
  • All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.
  • Please note we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. This means if you would like to exchange an item, please repurchase the bikini you need and return the unwanted item. This will ensure the suit you want is in stock. We have limited quantities of our bikinis and cannot guarantee to have your size by the time you return it to us. Contact us and we will provide a free shipping label to send back the unwanted item.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item looks worn/ used/ altered or if tags are not attached and it will be at the cost of the customer to have that item mailed back or forfeit the items.
